Both the agent and the insured will receive an email from Cover Whale as soon as the policy is Requested to Bind. This email contains both the DocuSign Application as well as a link for the insured to make a down payment.
After signing, if the insured cannot locate the email to access link, or if the link is not working properly, the link below can be used to submit down payment. You will need the Quote Number from the Finance Agreement along with the insured’s zip code.
