To satisfy telemetry data-sharing requirements for Auto Liability coverage, Cover Whale now supports Electronic Logging Device (ELD) connections as an alternative to dashcams.
Because most drivers already have an ELD installed in their vehicle, this option offers a fast and flexibility way to share data with Cover Whale.

Drivers who have ELDs that are not on the above list will be required to install a Cover Whale-issued dashcam.
- **Note for Motive users: If the driver is connecting an ELD by Motive, please note that they will need to input their admin account information, and not the user account information that they may be more familiar with. They can find their admin account information in their original Motive paperwork, or contact Motive to request your admin account information.
