How do I notify Cover Badger of any tech issues or problems that are occurring?

We are actively updating the Cover Badger platform with new features in order to provide a better user experience. If you run into any trouble, the first step to ensure you are on the latest version of the platform would be to log out and log back in. If you continue to have the same issue, please follow the instructions below.

 

For any technology questions or problems you are running into with the platform please use the “HELP” button located in the bottom right of the platform.  The more descriptive the better.  We also highly encourage screen shots and even better screen videos.  If you do not have a tool that records your screen, we recommend the free version of Loom that can be found here: https://www.loom.com

 
 

Once submitted, our team will start working on the issue and communicate back if more is needed and or once it has been resolved.
