- Vehicles older than 23 years
- Ambulances, EMTs, and mobile blood banks
- Armored cars
- Boom trucks
- Cement mixers and pumpers
- Dump trucks
- Mobile cranes, vehicles with buckets
- Oversized/overweight haulers requiring pilot cars
- Owned units, rented or leased to others
- Private passenger vehicles
- Public livery, including buses, taxis, black cars, rideshare, shuttle, daycare, or church
- Tankers (fuel haulers)
- Vans, including cargo, economy, or sprinter
- Vendor trucks
- The following types of trailers:
- triple van trailer
- tilt deck trailer
- tanker trailer
- pup trailer
- double van trailer
- hopper trailer
- chip trailer
- empty trailers
