For Auto Liability, if the policyholder has an owned vehicle that is in need of repairs, we would not remove it from the policy. We have a scheduled policy form using symbol 67, which requires that all owned vehicles be scheduled on the policy.
For all other lines of business, the policies are scheduled as well. Therefore, any driver or vehicle operating under the policyholder's authority must be added to the policy. This ensures that all relevant drivers and vehicles are accounted for in the policy coverage.
