What other documentation may be required for Cover Whale?

Below are several common items that Cover Whale asks our retail agents to provide: 1. For accounts with 5+ Power units, A Safety manual must be provided at the time of binding to be reviewed by underwriting. 2. MVR’s may be requested by underwriting in addition to the MVR Cover Whale obtains at the time of binding. 3. Proof of registration may be required to show proof of ownership. 4. Copy of a Driver’s Driver License 5. Proof of Garaging address 6. Lease Agreement This is by no means an exhaustive list. Rather, it is to be informative to allow your agency to be proactive in obtaining these items to accelerate any potential UW reviews.
